Area Supervisor Needed for Maryland/ Washington DC

UPDATE 3/15/2010 : this position has been filled, we are still seeking entry level cleaning personnel for both commercial establishments ( Previous Janitor Experience Preferred ) AND Residential cleaning personnel (Previous Maid Service Experience Preferred )

We are aggressively seeking experienced area managers / area supervisors to report to our janitorial customers (usually area managers for restaurant chains and or office building complexes) and oversee our staff of cleaning crews, grounds keeping crews, carpet cleaning crews.

Job requires travel, you will be covering several states.

Company vehicle OR Vehicle allowance to the right candidate.

Must have both supervisory experience and janitorial experience. Must have excellent communication skills both with our cleaning customers and our cleaning crews.  Bilingual a plus but not a requirement.
