MANAGEMENT
Our devoted management team is made up of individuals with many years of experience in janitorial services. COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS MAINTENANCE, INC. is committed to have a close connection with its clients and their needs so that it can provide the finest quality services possible.

OPERATION MANAGER
Our Operation Manager will be responsible for the out come of the project. This person will have authority to do whatever it takes to satisfy the client’s needs. He is available 7 days a week in addition to several visits per week.

SUPERVISOR
This is a full-time individual in charge of your nighttime inspections of your building. This person is also responsible for continued on-site training of the service. The supervisor makes corrections on the site, and then writes a report back to Operation Manager.

ON-SITE SUPERVISOR
The On-Site Supervisor is responsible for the account. He gives a detailed report to the Supervisor updates regularly on cleaning and safety and insuring that the account is maintained up to specifications.

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
