Cleaning Janitorial Company Seeking Experienced Supervisor for Montgomery County, Washington DC, Frederick County Maryland and Northern Virginia
Update: this supervisor position has been filled, we are still accepting applications for general cleaning personnel for both businesses (janitor staff) and residential cleaning (maid service in homes)
Previous Experience in janitorial industry required
Company Vehicle Possible for the right candidate, Vehicle Allowance Possible for the right candidate, Must have clean driving record, no dwi/ dui
Primary area of responsibility is Northern DC metro area, occasionally you will be required to go out of state.
Must have excellent communication skills including legible handwriting.
Bilingual a big plus but not required.
Must pass background check
Successful candidate will possess not only strong customer service skills but excellent interpersonal skills as well.
Experience managing employees required. We will check references.
Duties involved periodic inspection of existing contracts.
