Management
Our devoted management team is made up of individuals with many, many years of experience in janitorial services. Commercial Buildings Maintenance, Inc is committed to having a close relationship with it’s clients and their needs.
The relationship between a vendor and it’s client should be symbiotic.
Operations Manager
Our Operations Manager will be responsible for the outcome of each project. This person will have authority to do what ever it takes to satisfy our clients needs. He or She is available 7 days a week in addition to regular inspection visits of your facility.
On Site Supervisor
This is a full time individual in charge of your daytime or night time inspections of your building. This person is responsible for continued on-site training of the staff assigned to your facility. This supervisor reports back to our Operations Manager.
