Operations Manager

“Our operations manager is responsible for the out-come of your janitorial project. This person has the authority to do whatever it takes to satisfy our clients needs. He or she is available 7 days per week, in addition to inspection visits regularly.”

Supervisor
This is a full time individual in charge of both nighttime and daytime inspections of your facility. This person is also responsible for continued on the job training of cleaning staff, makes any needed corrections and reports back to the operations manager.

On-Site Supervisor
Our on-site supervisor is responsible for your account with CBM Inc. He or she provides a detailed report to the supervisor, with regular updates on both cleaning standards and safety practices, ensuring your facility is maintained to your standards.

Commercial Buildings Maintenance is currently seeking an addition to our supervisory staff for our Montgomery County Maryland/ Frederick Maryland/ Washington DC Service Area

All personnel are carefully selected, only when people satisfy all our requirements will he or she be hired, some of the requirements are:

  • CBM Inc contacts previous employers
  • Drivers license background check
  • Personal Interview
  • Drug Testing
  • Prospective employees must live geographically close to the account
  • Full time CBM Inc. employees are offered free medical and life insurance
    All full time CBM Inc. employees receive 1 week paid vacation after 1 year and 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 weeks.

    Pay Rates: We pay our employees more than minimum wage.

      We are seeking cleaning services for Frederick Athletic club, the largest upscale club in the area.
      We wish to do a full or partial trade arrangement whereby all/some of your employees and families receive membership to the facility—a great benefit for you to offer everyone.

      We are seeking a company that can do 2-6 hours daily or alternate days, focusing on our locker rooms.
      This can be done most any hours of the day and we are flexible.

      A 1-year membership is valued at about $500. So, we would like to trade as closely as possible equal value. For example if you have 50 memberships then we would hope to get 20-40 hours weekly of cleaning services, but are flexible and will go with the best offers.
